Need 5 New Owners $30 Yahoo Dynasty League (PPR)

I have 5 returning owners and need 5 New Owners who are committed to the league for many years. Been running this league for many years and started it as a keeper league 2 years ago and decided to go to a Dynasty this year and make it a pay league
The new teams will draft brand new teams. So you won't be taking over bad teams
The returning teams can keep as many players from last year's team
30 player roster max since that's the most yahoo allows
Starters (12)
QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R/T, W/R/T, DB, DB, LB, LB
18 Bench spots
$30 entry fee
Not sure the payout structure yet but will have weekly prizes for different stat based things with that week. That way everyone has a chance to win some money during the season. Not just Standings based payouts
