If waddle had played this year...it’s very likely the devonta smith talk never reaches what it did. That’s not knocking smith....that’s just clarifying the status of waddle. Waddle was and is just a crazy playmaker. Smith is a great player and route runner but in the nfl...I think I’ll vote for jeudy and waddle at the top, then smith close right behind them. Ruggs just isn’t what people were hoping. He is viable, but not well rounded.

Edited: Changing my answers. I'll take a chance on Smith being the true alpha on that Eagles team and having significant targets year 1.
Jeudy will always have equal competition from Sutton, but is likely the best NFL WR.
Waddle is a nice piece. Especially in bigger 14/16 team leagues where those high ceiling guys are nice to have as your WR3/4/FLX.
Ruggs is a dumpster fire.
