1.01 and 1.05 for Jefferson

Team 1 in my signature. 1 QB. Half ppr 12 teams. If you could get 1.01 and 1.05 for Jefferson would you do it? Could be chase and Pitts/Bateman/Javonte or Najee and Pitts/Bateman/Javonte. My guess is he’ll counter with 1.01 plus 1.07 or 1.08 one of his later two picks

You have a solid team, and I don't see the need for you to do this trade. If you want some youth infusion at RB, you can try to get the 1.05 by dealing Evans. But I would personally not move JJ for those two picks in a 1QB league.

Nah. I'm not doing it. You're hoping 1 of those 2 picks is the next Jefferson. Why not just hold Jefferson and make sure? Gotta remember, the first round is about 50/50 on hits and misses.

The picks are exciting, but I'm holding Jefferson. I see no reason to move him after what he showed last year.

I would hold Jefferson. I’d rather have the young stud who had a historical rookie season vs taking on any bust risk. I love Chase, but there is no such thing as a sure thing with incoming rookies.

I'm keeping JJ in this scenario. Easily.

Public Service Announcement: The highest rated fantasy WR in the 2019 NFL draft was N'Keal Harry. The 1.05 prediction in many dynasty projections was Darrell Henderson. There are no sure things prior to proving it in the NFL. I'd hate to trade JJ for the next N'Keal+Henderson

I could really only justify trading him for that offer if the JJ owner believes JJ's 2020 season was a fluke and will not ever be repeated. If you truly believe that, you owe it to yourself to follow your gut and trade him. OTOH, if you believe he should consistently produce WR Top5-10 stats for the next few years, you probably should keep him.

This guy traded Evans to me so I don’t think he’ll take him back. He was part of a very large trade we did

I feel like Chase has a great shot at being JJ since they had similar college production, but I'm not taking that risk

This is definitely fair but it's also worth noting that year the #1 dynasty WR in startup drafts was a 22 year old coming off a 1400 yard receiving season named JuJu, so it kind of cuts both ways.

I would prefer Jefferson to 1.01/1.05 personally, but Chase makes for an interesting dynamic since Chase was outplaying Jefferson at LSU when they played together.
