Dynasty League Football Forum

I'm posting this for tradition's sake. I don't think I've been on the forum since this time last year but in the past, I've always been asked to post this. We've been drafting rookies two weeks before the NFL draft for a decade now. This is a 14 team, 1QB, flex heavy, non-IDP league full of dynasty veterans. This is a money league, not massive stakes or anything but It's not a freebie league so the moves matter. People don't tend to get cute like they do in rookie mocks. I'm only posting this because it has actually been very popular in the past. Historically I've filled most of my openings in the league from posters in these draft threads over the years. Before somebody says "Why should I care about your league", don't our league isn't the point. We don't need the attention but we've found that people really like following where these guys go in a real rookie draft. We were one of the first leagues to draft early and it's garnered us a decent following. I know it's spawned some copycat leagues so the idea isn't as unique as it used to be but this still the OG . But this isn't about my league it's about the rookies and we go deep, 98 picks deep which is deeper than MFL's initial rookie pool.

Was wondering when this would pop up. Always one of the more enjoyable threads of the off-season (imo).

EDIT: Btw, Burlington Bucks? It has the same logo as the Vermont Bucks that used to exist up here in Burlington Vermont. I assume that's how that team got it's name & logo. I don't see a lot of football-related stuff from Vermont. Very cool!

I think this year will be particularly interesting given the shortened college season, combine/pro day changes and less available information for evaluation. can’t wait to see how this shakes out when stacked on top of the built in variability of the april draft!

Looking forward to this! We're doing our Early Bird Special draft as we speak, which was inspired by this league!

Pretty cool doing it before the draft. Almost like a lottery ticket with guys like Edwards Helaire who went i think 7th in your draft last year being the consensus #1 post draft

We're underway - it is interesting to contrast this one with the DLF EBS because that one is 16 team SF while this one is 14 team 1 QB, but 14 teams still puts a bit of a value on QBs (sometimes). Either way it is nice to remember that this year especially SF boards could look a lot differently than 1 QB boards.
