Offer I received for jt, Jefferson and Waller

Team 1 in my signature. 1 QB Half ppr 12 teams. Received Offer of 21 1.06, 1.07, 1.08, 1.11, probably late 22 1st, 22 2nd probably early and swift for my jt, Justin Jefferson and Waller. Guy says he thinks jt = 1.06, 1.07, 1.11, Jefferson = swift, 21 1.08, 22 1st and 2nd. First inclination is to swiftly reject. Thoughts?

Lol decline...
JT > 6, 7, 11
JJ > Swift + 22 1st
Waller > 8 + 2nd

Very easy pass, and I really Swift, but not close here.

This is not even close.
Now I'm going to cheat for a second. According to DLF trade analyzer (great tool!!) the analyzer grades the trade as relatively even. HOWEVER you are giving up 3 assetts for 7 assetts. This means that even if all the draft picks end up being startable assets you are still essentially behind by 4 starters.

So breaking this trade down a bit. Lets look at what you are actually getting. You are getting 4 first round picks in 2021. Who are you most likely going to be drafting in those spots? Well in a 1QB league with 0.5ppr I'm guessing the first 5 picks will be 3RBs (Harris, Etienne, Williams), 1TE (Pitts), 1WR (Chase). That means you get your choice of 3 WRs not named chase. Not bad, but you aren't getting a RB replacement for JT, and I think Swift is hurt more than JT in a 0.5PPR league. So can one of these guys turn into JJ? Maybe, but its not likely. So you're not going to be replacing JT or JJ. With Pitts likely off the board (and the fact that TEs usually take a bit to develop) you are not going to replace Waller either. If I'm on a competitive team, I'd rather have Waller than Pitts anyways. Lets take this one step further and pretend that First round draft picks have a 50/50 chance to hit. you're getting 4 WRs this year, so you would be getting 2 hits, add to that Swift and you have 3 hits. You're giving up not only 3 hits yourself, but possibly the RB1, WR1, and TE2 just to take a chance in breaking even.

Now there is one condition that I would consider making this trade, and that is if JT, JJ, and Waller are literally your only 3 assets on your team (and you have no draft picks). Given your team in signature this is certainly not the case and you should reject this without any thought.

Easy reject...giving up way too much talent for unproven rookie picks.

You'd need picks in the top 5 to give up that much talent. No way I'd take it.

It’s not a terrible offer since Swift is in there, but piling on it’s not enough. Drop Swift and Taylor from the offer it’s close for me value wise, but only if you’re looking to gut your roster and rebuild, but I’m not sure of a great scenario for that unless, as someone else pointed out, your roster is trash outside of these 3 players.

Piling on, I would pass here.

On paper, it's probably close. But you are giving up 3 certain studs and replacing them with dart throws. You'd need all the picks to hit just to break even.

This is dismantling all of the great young core of your team and fantastic players you hit on in the rookie draft to get a bunch of picks and hope they turn out half as good as JT/Jeff/Waller. NFW. Stay put.

Other I received was James Robinson a 22 1st and 2nd for lamb but not sure that’s close either as I don’t see either first as likely to be in the top 3 next year

Pass. Lamb could easily be a top 3 wr value end of season.
