Recently traded Antonio Brown & Gurley away for Michael Campanero, the guaranteed 1.01 in 2020, and some land parcels in Northwestern Alaska. I'm in a rebuild and didn't wanna let an old WR and a RB die on my roster while I work to get younger.

My question is, for the pick that's totally gonna be number one in 2.5 years, do I take Najee Harris or Jake Fromm? It's not super flex, but that Georgia boy looked alright behind center!

In all seriousness, this Harris kid looks like a baller of a running back. Will be interesting to watch his career.
Umm yes I think it would be safe to say that he was joking haha

Now I gotta apologize for being incredibly stupid. Missed that this was satire making fun of the hyped up rookies all being the next world beater

I am sorry for lowering the consensus IQ of this thread and will now leave
The graphic was awesome though!!

I live 56 miles from Antioch and have a buddy who lives there. I was lucky enough to see him play and it was kind of funny becasue I was telling him I wanted this kid on my fantasy team lol. The hype on him has been real since his first days on the field at Antioch High. He definitely looks the part. Looking forward to watching him play in the NFL.

Thoughts from Najee Harris after Pro day?

Didn't run a 40, but looked good running routes.

Should this go in the Dynasty League Discussion forum?

At any rate, nothing much to see there with him. He has looked a more fluid and comfortable pass catcher than Etienne on film. Etienne just gets the press on it because of his home run ability.

Really solid prospect and the best RB in the class by far. Pure runner, prefect RB build, he can catch and has zero character issues coming out. Pending landing spot, he is easily the top RB this year for me.

I thought he looked great. Should be able to make an immediate impact.

It’s always a slight concern when a player won’t do something as routine as run a 40 yd dash, but it’s not like he can completely cover up a huge weakness with all the film out there.

I like him as the 2nd best RB in this draft after Williams, and IMO he’s not far behind by much. Looks like a classic 3 down RB who doesn’t have to come off the field in any situation. I understand anyone who might prefer him over Williams.

I love the big RBs that are good receivers out of the backfield. Even when defenses know they can do it, they seem to be caught by surprise. Might be good playcalling.

Can't wait to see where he lands. I feel like Pittsburgh will get their hands on him.

One thing we don't discuss much is pass protection and Najee is excellent at it. He won't be a liability which lends itself to that 3 down work load from day 1.

Would love for him to end up in Miami or Atlanta.

Anyone like what they saw at his pro day?

He has been the best back for me in this class for a long time. Great size, pure runner, he can catch and most importantly, he can block.

Either would be ideal. Arthur Smith's offense has proven it can support an elite fantasy back and the Dolphins, even with unheralded players, have shown a preference for having one guy carry the load.

Worst realistic case scenarios for any of the top backs is probably Buffalo or Tampa.

He's probably a 4.6 or worse if he's not running at a pro day. Even if he ran low 4.5 you'd consider that a win for his size.

Weird he didnt run a 40, but from what I saw his speed didnt look like an issue. He's a beast.

Like Najee a lot before his Pro Day. After his Pro Day, I like him even more. He is incredibly smooth all around. Rushing, pass catching, and pass block abilities are all strong. He will be a 3 down back in the NFL. Here's to hoping he lands in either Pittsburgh, Atlanta, or Miami.
