Any hope for a Tre’Quan Smith breakout in 2021?

Have a chance to pick up Smith on the cheap in my 16 team league. Any chance Smith finally breaks out or is he just a roster clogger at this point? He could be Winston’s WR2, or buried on the depth chart following FA and the draft with Taysom Hill at QB. Seems like a wide range of outcomes.

I don't think he will breakout, but if you need the depth and the price is cheap, I could see adding him in your large team format.

Im highly skeptical that Smith will be much more than he’s shown to this point. I am intrigued by Callaway a bit there in NO though.
