The value is okay, but I would rather hold Thomas. I still think he is worth an early 1st+another solid piece. Coming off the injury plagued year he had, I would not be looking to move him currently. His value should rebound a bit.

The value is fairly even. But in terms of dynasty strategy, you always want to be selling guys just before they hit a value cliff. MT's minutes away from that. So, if you believe in Sutton (I do), this is a perfect trade.
