DK vs Jefferson With Poll

With all the talk about Wilson leaving and wanting to run the ball, are we at the point we would trade DK straight up for Jefferson?

I'm a little crazy, but I like more proof over less proof. DKM has proven his worth longer than JJ, without it being so long that age is a factor in the decision.

I'd love to have either one, but if I had to choose, I'm choosing DKM.

There isn't a bad choice between the two. I don't think anyone would be disappointed to have either of these guys on their roster.

I picked Jefferson but I’m a Vikes fan. Honestly I don’t think you can go wrong with either.

DK slightly for me. The talk of running the ball is blown way out of proportion IMO, they always want to run the ball if they can, doesn’t mean they won’t throw and funnel to Dj and Lockett and likely nobody else.

I’d take DJ. he’s HUGE and will always be a premier red zone target whoever is throwing the ball for the hawks

Well Vikings are a run first offence, even more so than the Seahawks, so that is a moot point. And Cousins is a serviceable QB. You would think that even if Russ leaves they will get a semi decent QB, so a slight downgrade. I would prefer DK still

Cousins is not a bad QB. Every time I see threads like "Why is Evans so undervalued?" or other players, I can't believe there's not one for Cousins. In my main league, Cousins was the 10th overall highest scoring QB in 2020, 13th pts/gm.

Cousins is a proven fantasy asset. He's a proven NFL asset. I firmly believe that if Cousins was a free agent, a dozen teams would be trying to sign him to a significant $ contract. Who seriously believes the Jets, Bears, Patriots, Panthers or Washington wouldn't jump at the chance to have Cousins? If you were Indy, wouldn't Cousins have been a better option than Wentz? Better in LV than Carr? I think SF would trade JimmyG for Cousins and probably throw in a 1st.

It's easy to bash Cousins because his contract was a little above his stats for a couple of years, but he's become a go-to punchline without real reason. The truth is, he is a very good NFL QB. Once you get past the top 8-9 QBs, he compares very favorably to the next group.

He’s a fine qb, I think it comes from his inability/unwillingness to get the ball downfield to diggs for some reason. He doesn’t like to take any chances at all it seems which isn’t great for WRs but there are much worse qbs. He clearly supported thielen fantasy wise for years and I dont think Jefferson will have any problem getting his.
