No 2021 NFL Combine

Just saw a rotoblurb that the league has informed teams there will be no combine. Instead it sounds like individual pro days will be the only way we see the typical predraft metrics measured.
Any implications for us as Dynasty players? In leagues that draft before the NFL will this impact your strategy or player evaluations?
My initial thoughts are some unexpected players may get vaulted in the fantasy community due to great measurables. Additionally some players who will end up getting drafted highly may be overlooked by the fantasy community because there will be less of a combine spotlight.

Players getting vaulted happens all the time but I do agree with the 2nd thought that some highly drafted players in the NFL players could get overlooked.

This is so stupid ... how is not safer to have the combine where they can create a bubble versus having a bunch of individual pro days?

every college player already got covid anyways. hate this. I hope the video footage is widely available for all of these. I don't see why you couldn't still do all the testing, medicals and interviews in a safe and secure manner, just eliminate the drills and media and limit team personnel so they aren't all packed into the steakhouse afterwards.

It's more logical to have lots of smaller days focussing on a few teams from the region with fewer people and prospects in attendance overall, than it is to gather all 500 draft eligible players in one spot and the attendant staffs and managers and trainers that go with them?
I don't know why this one is too tough to grok, you guys.

Pro days contact list will be locals at the team facility. One would assume these people are the same they have been in contact with all season long. Moves the onus of someone contracting covid off the NFL to the schools. I can't imagine them doing it any other way.

Bubbles take 10-14 days without testing to establish. With testing it can likely be done in 7 days.

Wonder if this results in the drop of players with some injuries. Always have heard that the medical exams were critical to the NFL combine.

i think teams are allowed to send a doctor and one athletic trainer.
