I mean it happens. In my league, there were 8 RB that went before another position in that draft. Imagine me, with the 1.09, smiling as Davis fell to me...
Do you still have Davis?
It's funny because that was for team 1. It's 14 keepers and he just missed making the team this past year. Go figure. I think I did the same exact thing with D. Parker. Cut him after year 3 or 4 but that's more about the keeper requirements, than it is about the talents. Always believed in both for the most part.

I do have Davis on team 2 still though

2023 is potentially LOADED at RB, still a long way to go though obviously. There are some good WR prospects in that class too, and a highly regarded TE recruit (LSU Arik Gilbert) who very much looked the part before opting out and potentially transferring. Again, it's absolutely too early to say for sure how good it will end up being, but it could be excellent. I think all the classes between '20-'23 are/will be very strong and an excellent 4 year run.
are 21 + 22 good? I figured 23 was getting hype because of how down the next 2 years look. Obviously SF changes a lot of things but I can't think of any skill guys I'm excited about in 2022
Well '21 is the upcoming class, and I think it's very good, but a bit thin at RB.

'22 takes a dip a QB, but that's just because this years class is exceptional, and who really knows about TE. RB though looks quite good with A&M's Isaiah Spiller and Iowa State's Breece Hall leading the way, and another strong and deep WR class.
Yeah this coming year for my TE prem+SF and big leagues I'm actually really excited because of the 6 qbs and 3ish TEs that just make it sooooo deep. Guys like amon rah that seem like reaches in the first become fantastic value at the back of the second

I agree, it appears to be stellar.

People have been critical of it because none of the "Big 5" RBs in the class have had huge years and runaway with RB1 status, but all 5 have looked very good at times and the outlook is pretty good for all of them over the next 3-4 years imo. Add the emergence of Robinson and Gibson along with the incredible WR class and it becomes a very strong class that pretty much has it all except for probably a future stud TE, even that is too early to write off from happening.

QB's are also looking promising. Joe Burrow and Justin Herbert look like long time starters. Tua has been impressive, as well with room to grow.

And we really haven't seen Jalen Hurts and Jordan Love, yet.

For me, just because of what appears to be the number of “hits”, it’s got to be considered one of the stronger drafts, at this point. Granted, it’s early, but wow, if you had multiple picks in this draft, you could really get several quality players. I agree that some of the RBs haven’t lived up to their billing just yet but with Akers and even J.Taylor coming on late in the season, the RB group still has a lot of promise and overall, most have at least been solid. The WRs are so deep though and help make up for the RBs and then you also have Herbert and Burrow at QB, who both look like studs.

The RBs that went early hurt the perception, but the depth of this class is unbelievable.

I went 1.01 Fournette, 1.04 Corey Davis, 2.04 Mike Williams :wall:
Was a newbie back then but mike Williams a top 10 nfl draft pick at 2.04 ? Surprised he slid that far people must have been worried about him before he even stepped on the field
I snagged him at 4.08 in that draft. Not sure why nobody wanted him and I traded him before he had any value to me but he was there. So many things can happen in a draft it’s hard to say why he fell
Qb: Hurts, geno Smith
Rb: JT, Gibbs, Montgomery, Roschon, Z. White, Ty Chandler
Wr: AJB, JJ, Chase, waddle, G Wilson
TE: Pitts, Kincaid, Likely, Njoku

2024 1.01, 1.04, 1.05
10 team
9 players kept yearly
Non PPR
Not super flex
Start 1/1/2/1/2 flex
1 point per first down
All tds 6 points

What in the... How does a WR that went 7th overall go in the 4th round? Would love to see that draft...
