Mahomes Trade Offer

In a 1 QB league I was offered Patrick Mahomes for Allen Robinson and a late 2022-1st Rookie Pick.

Current QB's on my team are Brees, Ryan, Tannehill, and Tua
Current WR's on my team are OBJ, Julio, Hopkins, Robinson, Boyd, AJ Brown, Parker, Preston Williams, and Gallup

Given the number of QBs on your team, I do have to ask how many teams are there?

That being said, I think grabbing Mahomes for this is fine.

Even in a 1 QB league, I like this cost for Mahomes. He is a true difference maker.

I'd do it. You have both studs and some youth at WR still. I think it's worth it to basically never have to decide on who your QB starter is.

Mahomes, even in a 1 QB. I’ve offered the Mahomes owner in my league more than this (prior to getting Watson and Allen) with no luck, nice deal!

I'm going to go against the consensus and say no. In a 1 QB league, ARob is similarly valued to Mahomes. I'm not adding a 1st especially when you already have some good veteran QB and Tua.

Your reasoning makes sense and I appreciate it. For the record, Mahomes is the only QB I would trade this for in a 1QB. To me his floor/ceiling combo makes him almost like the QB version of Kittle/Kelce in terms of weekly advantage, although it is less pronounced.

In the league which I own him, I would reject the offer of ARob and 2022 1st in short order. Although part of the reason involves being pretty deep at WR, like the OP is.
