I don’t really see the “generational talent” with Lawrence that so many pegged him as, so I expect him to go much higher than I’d be willing to take him. I think he’s a good player, but I don’t really see him as anything particularly unique to the NFL. I think he’s a safe bet to be above average, but I’d caution against expecting greatness in the way you can for “generational prospects” at other positions.

I’d take Mahomes, Lamar, Kyler, Wilson, Dak, Allen, Herbert, and Burrow over him for sure. I’d gamble on him after those guys though.
