What is the gap between Sanders and MT in a 0.5 PPR league?
Sanders has flashed ability as a top RB when playing and is younger.
Thoughts? Who would you rather have on your roster?

Sanders and a 1st at least still for me. Thomas and Sanders are both having rough years due to health, but until we see otherwise, Thomas is still a top tier WR for me.

I'm starting to get concerned about MT. Not just the injuries, but his weird argruments with teammates, "suspension" and also the trajectory of the NO offense with Brees having a noodle arm and a downgrade from years past looming in whomever they get to replace Brees next year.
As for the gap, it's likely in flux given many who will reasonably maintain their preseason value of MT, thus requiring substantial additions to Sanders. Others will be more like me and have concerns about MT. If acquiring MT I wouldn't be offering a 1st in addition to Sanders because I don't think that's the market currently. However if you really want MT and the owner hasn't budged on his value then it will take a least a 1st plus Sanders to give him. At that price I would pass.
