Dak worth

Not making the playoffs this year and could use some help in the future with Qbs ad Jimmy G is my only real starter. Is it worth giving Fuller and a 2021 1st + an ancillary piece for Dak (its proposed to me and I can accept anytime). Little scared about his recovery and where he ends up but cant deny the potential is still there. I have two firsts so I will still have a pick. He wants my first which I project to be a top 3 (I dont think it will be #1 overall though as a FYI as there is a really bad team in the league) and may counter with the one I project to be mid 1st.
