Really not sure what to do with him. No worthwhile trade value in an 8 team 27 man roster but dropping him feels wrong.
Miller's been outplayed by Mooney this year, imo.

He's not a bad player, but I just don't think he's the kind of talent that demands attention. If he's there, use him if not, oh well.
Agreed... Mooney would be a household name if the ball were delivered better.

If you think Aiyuk's had some near misses checkout the times Mooney's been missed

That's the 2nd time Rojo's been mentioned in the context of Akers... I don't like where this is going.

No, I don't think he's that bad.. but I don't think the team trusts him. Rojo was given plenty of opportunity and fell flat on his face, that hasn't been the case with Akers so far.

Sitting here wondering... Eagles, Rams, Jags, Eagles(Again) and Bears. How many times has Foles been outscored by his own defense? It can't quite be to Trent Dilfer level I'm sure but still...

I believe if you see the trainers for an injury, they are required to be put on the injury report, but I could be wrong, so I'm not so sure it's that. Somebody earlier had mentioned fumbles in practice, so maybe it's that. He had problems in training camp holding on to the ball. He may not be picking up the system that well. It took Henderson a while to get used to some of the zone schemes. Akers is probably learning a system and plays/blocking schemes he's not familiar with and totally comfortable with yet, too.
