I would put those guys in the opposite order

Bowman plays inside, is a Penn state guy(great LB school), and playing next to Willis who will draw lots of blockers
Butler plays inside, TCU guy(another great LB school), he is coming off an injury and James Mouton could be another guy here
Weatherspoon - outside guy, coming off shakey year, outplayed by backup, more hype than performance at this point...

just my thought is all

I say Butler will beat out Mouton fairly easily so he would be my first choice.
Bowman and Weatherspoon I would rank about the same with a slight advantage to Bowman.
QB : Lawrence, Tua, White
RB : Barkley, Connor, Pacheco, Fournette, Foreman, Breida, Edmonds
WR : Meyers, Sutton, Cooks, Chark, Z. Jones, T. Marshall, T. Burks, J. Williams, J. Dotson, J. Metchie
TE: Hock, Njoku, McBride, Otton
DE : Lawrence, Ngakoue, Hubbard, Landry (I Guess)
LB : Warner, Spillane, Luvu, K. White, Lloyd, Ellis,
CB : Davis, Gardner, Henderson
S: Delpit, Curl, Scott

Bowman is the least relavent. He actually draws the blocks because the defense is set up for Willis to stay free by having the other MLB pick up the lead blocker. SF 3-4 defense has Willis playing much like a true MLB of a 4-3 then a 3-4 ILB.

The choice should be between Butler and Weatherspoon. I'd probably favor Butler to take on the role of Barnett, because I think he's a much better prospect then Mouton. If Weatherspoon is going to plays in the nickle package then he may be FF relavent close to the same level.
