A question about kickers may seem strange, but in our league PKs can have a decent effect on weekly scoring. Our kicker scoring is as follows:
FG = 3 points plus
an additional 2 points if 31-40 yds
an additional 3 points if 41-50 yds
an additional 4 points if 51-55 yds
an additional 5 points if 56-57 yds
an additional 10 points if 58+ yds
Missed FG is -1 points, plus
an additional penalty of -3 points if 0-30 yds
an additional penalty of -2 points if 31-40 yds
an additional penalty of -1 point if 41-50 yds
PAT = 1 point
Missed PAT = - 5 points
So I have Matt Gay/TB and Younghoe Koo/ATL on my roster. I like both, but usually only roster one PK and pick one up on waivers for the bye week. Which one would you keep? I have room to keep both, but that seems crazy to me...even with our scoring system...but maybe I'm wrong?
