I am now in day 3 of no access to premium content. I have sent 3 help requests through the "Contact Us" link. I have also posted here in an existing thread. My annual subscription fee was paid on July 17 through PayPal, and this is clearly shown under the Payments tab of my account. I have also verified the payment posted on PayPal. This is getting very frustrating! Someone please respond and get this problem fixed!

Thank you for fixing this, Ken! To answer your email question, yes I did use the Contact Us form 3 different times.
