Interesting Trade Offer: Juju for Nuk

A buddy of mine has offered me an interesting proposal for my team in sig. I am in need of RB depth and have 1.01 and 1.02, but the league-mate really wants CEH and proposed the following trade offer:

Send: Juju, 1.02 (CEH), and Brandin Cooks
Receive: Nuk, 1.06, and 1.07

The 1.06 and 1.07 is most likely going to be Jeudy and Akers, with the possibly of Swift or Lamb falling. This is where it gets interest though, if by some chance Lamb falls to 1.06 the other team wants a contingency in place now that I trade the 1.06 back to him for Cooks, a 2021 1st, and 2021 2nd. So it will either be what is shown above or else:

Send: Juju, 1.02 (CEH)
Receive: Nuk, 1.07, 2021 1st, and 2021 2nd

I don't like that this guy essentially takes away all of the risk on his end, but I am wondering if the value is too good to pass up. I am taking Taylor with the 1.01 no matter what as this is a non-ppr league and he has been my guy since day one. I think Nuk is going to flourish in that offense, but I don't want to just buy the name either.

Should I take the deal as is? Or with my team setup should I hold off and just take CEH and Taylor?

Any responses or advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Where are the projected 2021 picks? Because if they are mid to late, I would make him pay more for the contingency.

I'm not doing this deal with the contingency attached to it.

He is a contender so I would guess that the picks would be mid to late.

Bet he does it without the contingency plan. Bet the league would not approve of an offer with a contingency plan. I would never make a deal with one either.

Right with everyone else, zero chance there is a contingency plan in the deal. I think I'm holding your picks, if both CEH and JT break out and are studs then you can move one of your 4 rb's for a wr upgrade. It should be easier to add wr's with the amount of wr's coming out this year and next year. I'd hope Burrow or Tua are there at 2.2 and lock up a future qb also.

Piling on, pass with the contingency.

I would pass as is with contingency but I would just send it back modified.

Send:Lamb
Receive: Juju 20 2nd and 21 1st

or
Receive : Cooks 20 2nd, 21 1st and 21 2nd

Something along those lines, unless there is a young WR he has you like over Cook like Darius Slayton or Deebo etc.
Just make sure he understands you don't really WANT to trade but you will if he pays up.

This has been my plan up until this offer. I just didn't know if I should stay the course or not. The idea of adding Nuk though was hard for me to pass on as I don't fully believe Juju can succeed as a WR1 without AB along side him.

Tua and Burrow should be there at 2.02 so I was going to take one of them unless a solid WR falls to me. But based on the feedback from everyone, I think I'm going to stick with what I have for now.
