Team 3 in signature. First year playing SF in dynasty. Is Stidham a solid enough 3rd QB to have behind Watson and Murray?

Yes, with those two as starters for sure. Because right now we know he’s the starter. That could change but two high end QBs and a backup is fine as long as the rest of the team is decent. This doesn’t look like a win now team. Some potential Talent but likely not a 1st year league winner. I might shop him to someone who only has 2 or less QBs and see what good young year away talent and you can get for him. I would predict he’s a starter this year but not beyond. But you never know with the Pats.

I have him behind Rodgers/Ryan, and I'm fine with that. I think you are in a fine position, I like your QB's more than mine. Of course your supporting cast of RB/WR/TE does matter. It looks like you are still building though so I'd say you're good.
