Would you trade this trio for either RB?

Was offered one of these offers in my 12 team PPR dynasty league. Just feels like an overpay to me, but I wanted to get some others opinions.

Give: Sutton, 1.6, Lindsay
Get: Chubb OR Mixon

I am really high on Sutton so I'm having a hard time with the thought of moving him AND 1.6 along with Lindsay...although clearly I have the WR depth to move a WR to get better at RB (which is my biggest weakness for sure) Thoughts? Current Roster is below:

Brees, Jones, Haskins
Gurley, Bell, Lindsay, L. Murray, Samuels
Hill, Godwin, AJ Brown, Sutton, McLaurin, Crowder, Preston Williams, Harmon, Jeffrey, Fitz
Howard, Hurst, McDonald, Olsen
Picks 1.6, 1.12, 2.6

I offered Sutton, Linday and a 3rd and he said not close at all. He clearly doesn't value Sutton like I do. Rejected the offers.

Would I pay Sutton and the 1.06 for Mixon? Yes, yes I would.

But, I'd try to get him for cheaper first. Sutton, Lindsay, and a 2nd? Sutton, Lindsay, and the 1.12? McLaurin, Lindsay and the 1.06? I'd prefer those three offers to Sutton, Lindsay, and the 1.06. I'd want Mixon here though, not Chubb.
