5 player Keeper Help

12 Team keeper league; non-PPR. All teams keep 1QB, and any combination of 5 RB/WR/TE (however we can only keep a max of 3 RB's). There is no draft pick penalty associated with keepers and no min/max number of years you can keep a player. Start 1 QB, any combination of 5 (maximum of 3 RB’s and TE is not required), 1 K
Scoring as follows QB: 1 pt for every 20 yds passing RB/WR/TE 1 pt for every 10 yds Touchdowns (QB/RB/WR/TE): 0-9 yds: 6 pts 10-39 yds: 9 pts 40+ yds: 12 pts. Field Goals: 0-39 yds: 3 pts 40-49 yds: 5 pts 50-59 yds: 10 pts 60+ yds: 12 pts Return Yards: 2 points for 40, and then 1 point for every 10 thereafter
We do not have a separate rookie draft, but the top rookies usually go first in our draft. I draft at 1.3

WR: A. Armstrong, A. Benn, B. Davis, Dez Bryant, M. Floyd, S. Johnson, S. Smith NYG, Mike Thomas, M. Williams SEA
TE: C. Cooley, J Gresham, J. Tamme
K: N. Kaeding

These are the keepers I'm leaning towards
Ryan
Mendy, Wells
Dez, Steve Johnson, and Rice

thoughts?
Also if this is who I stick with who do I take at 1.3. Do I go with best talent availiable (1.1 will be Ingram, 1.2 will be Green unless someone releases a starting quality keeper as we get closer to draft time-if this happens trust me I will post) Julio Jones, or do I take R. Williams and try and lock up Arizona's starting RB. I could probably trade back a spot or 2 and get Williams but am not sure what I should try and get for to pick to do it. The keepers for the 2 draft spots behind me are :

I know that this is a lot of info. but I do appreciate any help or thoughts that anyone could offer. Also once I know what other veterans will be availiable at 1.3 I will post that as well. Again, thanks in advance for any help opinions.

I think you keeper choices are spot on.
Although I don't see rice listed on your roster.
Take BPA at 1.3 Free Agent or Rookie.

Yea forgot to list Rice but he is one of my keepers. Thanks for the advice. So you agree with J. Jones over R. Williams at 1.3 ?
