Free ESPN Dynasty startup

Hey guys I have a brand new 12 team ESPN based start up with 3 remaining open slots. It is an IDP PPR salary cap based league. 40 man rosters with 23 starters (11 offense 11 defense and a kicker) Owners will bid on 10 free agents at a time with year 1 contracts lengths being the time remaining on their current contract up to 5 years. Bidding will be 24 hours per player with clock running 7pm EST-6:59pm EST the next day Starting bid will be 500k with minimal bid rules based on time remaining to try and help prevent an owner from sniping a player at last minute. I plan on starting free agency within 48 hours of the league being filled. There will be a yearly 5 round offline rookie draft this year included. There is a league constitution (still being revised as potential issues are exposed to be lacking or not defined with a complete answer in the constitution) that I can email to anyone that is interested and would like more information on the league.
