What was the worst pick of the 2020 NFL Draft?

I'll go first and nominate Van Jefferson at 2.25, 57th overall. He's one of the worst WR prospects in recent history to go this early, with no combine data, limited college production, old as hell (will be a 24 year old rookie). At least Riley Ridley fell to the 4th. To top it all off, not only was WR one of the few positions where LAR didn't have a need, not only were several more talented WRs still available, but Ezra Cleveland inexplicably fell, represented one of their biggest needs, and went with the next pick. Denzel Mims went next after Cleveland.

I think all 3 of GB's first picks deserve to be mentioned, although Dillon was at least considered to be the best RB available, and Love could theoretically work out, but Deguara was a wild reach.

Who do you guys think was the worst pick in the draft?

Whatever that LBs name is that Seattle took one pick before Baltimore took Patrick Queen.

And everything GB did.

Jordyn Brooks was definitely a reach. Seattle will probably make him look fine.

Yeah I came here to say this. This draft was the deepest at WR that I can remember. The Packers have one of the greatest (and Tom Brady says he IS the greatest) QBs to ever throw a football. He has only 1 target to throw to and nothing else.

And then the Packers draft a quarterback in the first round, and zero WRs the rest of the way. I don't get it.

I am also not a fan of the 49ers trading up to draft a slot WR. The draft was plenty deep and WRs do not make or break a Super Bowl team. They have a huge hole to fill at corner and passed on several elite options. Drives me nuts.

Jordan Love is easily the worst when you consider draft position, need, and the Packers being a win now team.

Jefferson is a good player, though I was surprised to see him go Round 2. He was a player I had pegged as a top sleeper. I don't know how high his fantasy ceiling is, but he's solid at a lot of the finer points of the WR position and fits the Rams offense perfectly. Reminds me some of Kupp. His college production wasn't there though.

idk seems like the only talent Seattle gets out of the draft is day 2 and 3. they either trade out or reach for someone that people had pegged dropping to the end of the 2nd

Philly's Rd 2 pick of Jalen Hurts, especially since they had so many other needs like another WR, OL, DB, etc.

The packers really tried their hardest to piss off Aaron Rodgers...

Not Jordan Love--if you see what you think is your franchise's solution at QB for 10 years you take him
And he went right around where he was expected to

Not to mention the Packers were frauds last year and are nowhere near contention with or without a WR2

AJ Dillon was bad
Josiah Deguara was worse
Jalen Hurts was the worst

Shoutouts to Jalen Reagor instead of moving up for Jeudy/Lamb or taking Jefferson and to picking Bustin Trashbert in the top 3 rounds--let alone pick 6 (which he will be throwing quite a few of over his short, likely one to two year career)

Arnette, Love, & Igbinoghene.
Every year there are some obscure CB/QB reaches that just make you scratch your head.
