Am I dumb? (Please don’t answer that)

Team 2 in my signature... don’t ask about my RBs lol.

Am I dumb for wanting Burrow at 1.02? Clearly I need an RB but I’m up in the air about doing so. 1.01 is allegedly taking a RB.

I will note: I have put the 1.02 on the block to move back but I’m not sure what I should ask for in return.

Burrow would be the right answer with the pick but you could probably use more picks instead. Anyone have multiple firsts/seconds?

Burrow is the right move for value and your team at pick 2, but I agree that moving back makes sense. Moving back a spot or two and ending up with Tua (or maybe even Burrow if your trade partner moves up for whoever is left of CEH/Taylor) plus a later first would be ideal.

I'm in similar situation, mini rebuild, I'm grabbing qb's and wr's for now, then focus on rb's later, I'd take Burrow

I agree with everyone else to take Burrow. If someone has multiple firsts or a first in the 1.04-1.06 and then a second they could send you I would consider that

The shelf life is too short on rb's, its superflex, take the qb, and add rb's later, (next year). Anyone remember 2018 rookie draft, 8 of the 1st 10 picks where rb's: Barkley, guice, chubb, Sony, penny, Freeman, kerryon, jones. How many of you sold the farm for 1 of them? 2 are of value today..

I think it comes down to, what do you think your team can legitimately accomplish this year?

As someone with Goff, Rivers, Minshew, Trubisky, Mullens and now Hurts (LFG)...I know my QB window could be gone in 2021...however, these guys (in my opinion) should be good enough to give me a shot in 2020 (as they did last year). Add in a running back to shore up that part of my lineup and I'm feeling even more confident.

I'd presume Burrow vastly outproduces Herbert on the year (who was my only QB choice, without trading the farm) but would Burrow outperform the QBs on my roster for this championship push? Ehhhhhhh, maybe he does and maybe he doesn't.

The poster above me is correct to a degree, there's definitely a risk with running backs and holding them too long but even after Guice + Kerryon got hurt in their rookie seasons, I believe their value didn't crack too much and you still could have gotten out at a reasonable price. Maybe you draft the RB, see if you can win, and sell that RB next year to address the QB position.
