A QB who can now throw downfield. Thoughts on Slayton? Is he a must add?

I like him, but think he might take a year or two to really develop. I'd stash him if I had the room.

Yes. Moncrief is pretty worthless. Tried telling people that during the offseason, but they were convinced that he still has value.

Slayton should be owned in every dynasty league, yes.

I would cut Moncrief for a 3rd kicker.

As Lamar would say, not bad for a 3rd WR! Would have been a great desperation start over MVS this week with Golladay on bye!

Anyway, I like Slayton, that's why I picked him up a few weeks back - doesn't get much run but he's been quietly delivering with what he gets.

I watched his game today. The kid's got something going on.

Daniel Jones looks to him in big situations, so that's good. Five targets today, but only 4th in targets in the team. Golden Tate being back slow his roll.

He looks good, Slayton-Jones have had a connection since the summer (before he had the hamstring injury).
As a NYGs fan I think his ceiling is a complimentary receiver, but a good one. Maybe a WR2-4 for fantasy purposes.
Hope I am wrong and he smashes expectations though.

Sterling Shepard had another concussion yesterday and is unlikely to play on Thursday. Slayton may see a decent online of targets this week.

I had him stashed at the beginning of the season, hoping he'd make a rapport with Danny dimes. He's young enough and talented enough to hold onto IMO
