I agree, he’s also still 20 FYI. He’s got tons of room to grow with KC. I liked him third best but have to move him up. Only spot still left to compete is Baltimore, Miami, TB, Pitt (maybe?). TB and Miami are good from a touch perspective but, BAL and Pitt would still have some competition. Ingram until after this year and James Connor who would still be a factor.

The door is wide open for CEH, at some point we have to say, the games about scoring points. That’s what CEH will do, I still love some of these other guys but that’s my thought at 1.01.

It would be a different story if CEH went round three to KC and all the other RBs were gone. He didn’t, the cards didn’t fall like that and he was the first RB taken (keep in my 31 teams essentially just passed, CEH wasn’t just taken 18 by a believer).
He's 21. I think CEH should be in consideration for 1.01. There is not going to be a consensus 1.01 this year. There is no Zeke/Barkley level prospect, so people just making blanket statements like "he's the 1.01" like it's set in stone for all are being disingenuous. He can be their 1.01, but it's not something everybody is going to agree on like the Barkley year.
You’re technically right, he turned 21 13 days ago (April 11) but cmon man. I agree I don’t think he has to be consensus, but I think it’s fair to say how big this was for KC to do. There never was a consensus guy this year, thematically you’re 100% right, it was all preference and many said landing spot/ draft capital would dictate final ranks, well here we are, let’s see what tonight holds.
I never said it wasn't, but people shouldn't just come on telling others what their opinion should be now, is my point. There are arguments for CEH being 1.01, and there are arguments against it.

a dozen wr and rb in next 50 picks plus a qb or two and maybe a couple TE so many fantasy 2nd round will come in to clearer focus -

Hopefully day 2 will be a better day. Day 1 was basically a kick to the groin as a Packers fan. Hopefully the organization can bring get some talent around A Rod to help the team compete this year. It's sad when you see organizations like the Chiefs and Saints constantly looking to improve their stacked offensive units. You look at the Packers and prior to taking Love last night hadn't taken a skill position player in the first round in 15 years...last time was Aaron Rodgers. Dude is one of the 15 best QB's of all time and he can't get any help. He's out there throwing to undrafted WR's like Jake Kumerow and late round picks like Lazard and Allison.

If pick 62 isn't a WR the fanbase has grounds to go berserk. Stunned at how it went down for you guys last night though.

Right? Worst part is we parted with a 4th when it looks like he would have just fallen to us. I can't say that for sure but I doubt teams at the back of the first like Baltimore, Tennessee, and Miami are going to be taking a QB. This team was in the NFCCG last year and got destroyed vs the run and had limited talent at the skill positions besides Jones and Adams and you take a developmental QB with arguably a top 6 QB on your roster with basically 4 years remaining on his deal? Even if they were to trade Rodgers in 3 years his cap hit is still 17 million. If you wanted a developmental QB with high upside why not take a guy like Eason in the 3rd who's every bit as talented as Love imo. 62 needs to be a WR but I'm worried there will be a run on them in the early 2nd. I think guys like Mims, Pittman, Higgins will be long gone by 62.

I thought the NFL wasn't on board with Higgins for some reason. Hmm.

Best outcome for him. Higgins needs a QB with good ball placement that can get him those 50/50 balls and hit him downfield.

Burrow will have no shortage of weapons:

Mixon, Gio, AJG, Boyd, Ross, Higgins, Tate.
