Teams must really be worried about Tyler Johnson's straight line speed...

I'm watching Bleacher Report live stream. No commercials, no dumb segments, no repeatedly going back to the same R1 storylines.

Still on cloud 9 with the rb landing spots. CEH or KC, Taylor to Indy, Dobbins to Baltimore. Could not be better fits for each guy. Akers and Swift will be just fine too - not crazy about either spot but they'll be solid.

Swift is going to emerge from this as the undervalued guy. Detroit is a better spot than people realize. The line is good and they just drafted two guards. Kerryon is butt. There's minimal competition for targets. Seems like he's slipping from being a 1.01 contender to anywhere from 1.04-1.06 in 1 QB. I have a 1.07 in a Superflex and it seems like he'll fall to me there.

Wherever Fromm went there was going to be competition. I think it makes perfect sense for the Bills. Allen has a strong arm, so does Fromm. Allen got hurt quite a bit and needed a backup. Fromm is perfect.

Then when a few years pass, they might be able to trade him to a team in need for more value. It's an investment pick. I like it.

Huh? Literally the first knock everyone brings against Fromm is arm strength/talent.

I'll be honest that I've never scouted the kid, just followed him as a fan. I was watching NFL Network and they just said he has great arm strength. Dude is a winner, that's all I know. It's a shame what happened to him in his college career.

Seriously? QBs have value, even backups. The Packers made a killing in the 90's under Ron Wolf drafting QBs every year and trading them down the road. It's a good pick and Fromm projects as a quality backup and potential starter, that's a great return for a 5th round pick.

I'm starting to think some teams are transcending the obvious wins. Hear me out. Above average franchise QBs are worth a tonne, like it or not, Dalton back in his "prime" would be worth a fortune to a club like the Browns who have gone through literally dozens of QBs in the past 15-20 years.

I am of the mind that throwing a rookie into the fire is about the worst thing you can do. For every Rus there is a Kiezer. Think about the great QBs of the NFL and how many started as backups/didn't pop off until they had time to develop?
Brady
Brees
Mahomes
Lamar
Rodgers

So many of these garbage teams draft QBs and ruin them by forcing them to develop with garbage all around them. Maybe the Packers, Eagles, and Bills think they can develop QBs to sell to teams that just can't develop them on their own?

If I'm right it would be a very interesting strategy, Fromm on day 3 and hurts on day 2 aren't terrible investments if they can pull it off. I doubt the Packers are that smart and will have to pray they lucked into another all timer to carry their garbage franchise for the next decade. Without Favre and Rodgers they would be with the Browns imo. Love will have to replace Rodgers as their next franchise QB or really hit and then be sold for a ransom for that pick to be worth it.
12 Team 1 ppr .1 points per carry

QB Jalen Hurts
RB A-train, D'Onta Foreman,Jahmyr Gibbs, JK Dobbins, Rashaad Penny, AJ Dillon, Jerrick McKinnon, Joshua Kelley, TDP, Chase Edmonds, JRob, Zamir White
WR CeeDee Lamb, Justin Jefferson, DJ Moore, Hollywood Brown, Brandin Cooks, Odell Beckham Junior, Marvin Jones, Braxton Berrios, Richie James
TE Dalton Kincaid, Foster Moreau
