12 team contract league, SF/TE Prem/IDP - $30

Everything But Kickers is a startup that emulates a successful non-Superflex or IDP contract league that Ive ran for a few seasons now.
I've always liked the leagues that simulate the NFL, but I realized you can't really do that with 1QB and only 4 positions. So I decided to take my already successful league and simplify the rules while expanding the base fantasy aspect.
Basically, it will be a fairly standard contract league, that is probably slightly more in-depth than most, but not insane. Please take a few minutes to look over the bylaws!
The biggest thing is, I know we are all very bored and with a lot of free time at the moment, so it is written into the bylaws that the league is designed to refund a $10 fee (all new owners are required to pay) if the league doesn't continue past a season.
* $30 buy in during the Initial year, $44.40 beyond that
* 12 teams, 2 conferences, 4 divisions, 6 playoff teams
* Full contract league, with yearly expanding salary cap
* Payout to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and most Points For
* QB, RB, WR, TE, DL, LB, DB, HC
* Offense:1QB/2RB/3WR/1TE/1SF/1FX
* Defense: 2DL/2LB/2DB/2FX
* PPR...1.5PPR for TE...1/2/3 Scoring on Defense
* 40 active, 15 IR/Sus, 8 TS, expanding in offseason
* Includes Vet Minimums, Contract Extensions, UFAs, Franchise Tags, and Expanded Off-Season Rosters
* TS stealing with compensation
* Prior Rookie Drafts: A concept I came up with for the other league that ensures the top rookies from the prior 4 seasons have contracts to set the market and set up UFA auctions is the upcoming seasons
