What do you guys think about him going to the Texans. I think hes a good player, and might be a fantasy sleeper

He is a great athlete, but he is a liabilty in coverage. He is at his best when he is inserted as a Nickelback and blitzes. He is valuable in return yard leagues, but who knows if he will get that opportunity in Texas, and with the new kickoff rules, I dont think that will be much of a factor.
