Best SF deal?

12 team SF and TE Prem.
My QB's are Dak, Goff, Daniel Jones, Herbert. I'm pretty weak everywhere else. Which of these deals is the best value?

Probably none, but the Adams deal is probably the best based on getting him IF you are in a full rebuild.

None of them are close imo keep your QBs and keep rebuilding...better offers will come down the road

Keep the QB's. If you are weak at all your positions, then just keep building around these young QB's.

Trading from a surplus to strengthen other areas is a good idea, but not at a discount. Dak is rated top 10 in the latest DLF Superflex/2QB ranking. You need an overpay, even if it is slight, to justify letting one go.
