Partial home league that I have been in for 3 years.
6/12 owners either don't trade or completely ignore trade offers and groupme DMs. Time to leave the league or stick it out?
Team is decent and good interaction from 3-4 owners but the others are not responsive at all. Feels like us 4 owners are just cycling through players while the other rosters stay stagnant and make their "one or two trades a year."

Sounds like a league that is not much fun. Leagues really need to be active and interactive to keep it great and everyone interested. Do the non trading owners set their lineups?

This is an, "Up to you" type of question. Me personally, I won't play in a dynasty league if the buy-in is less than $200.00. Redraft league, sure, but not a dynasty league.
So not sure how to really answer this other than the fact that it sounds like you're not having a lot of fun with it. So unless this is a high dollar league and you're raking in the money every year because other guys aren't doing much, then what's the point?

Do you know the other owners? There are several in our league that seem uncomfortable initiating a trade offer.

No rule against not trading, but certainly not fun. If you are not enjoying the league, call it good. We started a rule in my league where if you didn’t set your line up and had players start who were out or on bye week 3 times you’re kicked out. We had one owner kicked out from that, then had another owner leave because he realized he couldn’t put in the commitment the rest of the league expected. I wouldn’t leave the league but I would petition to have them removed
