I’m in the middle of an epic dynasty start up and there has just been a QB run. I already have Mahomes, who should I take now out of these guys

Cam Newton
Drew Bress
Kirk Cousins
Mitch Trubisky
Haskins
Big Ben
Derrick Carr
Minshew
Brady

Also, I will be on the clock again in 6 picks, do I take another QB?

Yes, you should obviously be taking a QB with your next two picks.

There was a massive run of QB picks right before me (it’s been a strange start-up but good fun).

I still need help on who to pick tho !

Of course there was a run on QBs, it’s a 2QB league....

I’d take Cousins, Newton, and Trubisky in that order from that group.

Take cousins, are the 2020 rookies available in your startup. If so maybe grab the 1.01 soon also and take burrow if you like him
