Devy trade value

What would the trade value be for a 3.12/4.01 devy pick in a startup? I was thinking the 3rd round rookie this year, but not sure if that's enough or too much. I'm not too well versed in devy.

If you are talking about the 3.12/4.01 (which would look like Kenneth Gainwell, Julian Fleming, Mohamed Ibraham typle players per DLF DEVY ADP) compared to a rookie third (guys like Michael Pittman, KJ Hamler, Anthony MCfarland, Devin Duvernay types). Personally i would rather have the two lottery picks in the devy draft vs the one in the rookie, only because you said it is a startup devy league, which means you have a full pool of devy players.
