Man that's a lot to give up for Mahomes, even in superflex. This is an all-in move that would decimate your depth. I'm not sure how much the points per first down separates Mahomes from Allen and Mayfield, but I think you can already be a strong contender with your current QBs and overall roster.

If you can try to counter by removing the 1.09 from the Mahomes offer or even downgrading it to a 2nd, I'd consider paying that for Mahomes. Otherwise, two top-10 QBs + a top-10 TE + 1st is too much for Mahomes, as much as I love him.

Again, I don't play PPFD, so I don't know how far Jackson eclipses Allen, but I can't imagine their production was that far off given Allen's rushing production? I'm not sold on Waller maintaining top-5 TE production going forward, so I'd probably pass on this one as well.

Your QBs are good enough. I voted offer 2 by mistake. My vote would be neither.

If you really decide to get one, don't get the running QB. That's a lot to give up for a short career.
