I like Garoppolo a lot, but I'd take Kelce + 1.10 over him even in superflex. Njoku doesn't add much to the equation.

Give me the Kelce side. If you didn't have the QB depth that you do, I'd say stay put. But I think the value is fair and Kelce helps you much more than having Jimmy G on your bench.

I think the trade is fine to do. I think the value is on the Njoku/Garrapolo side but the apparent improvement to TE is worth it.
Could this blow up in your face? Sure, especailly with Kitchens' firing. But Kelce is as close to a sure thing for the TE position than you can really get.
