Here are my starters

Lamar
Josh Jacobs
Melvin Gordon
Calvin Ridley
Michael Gallup
Golden Tate/ Hollywood Brown
Gerald Everett/ Ryan Griffin

I went into this season expecting to suck totally, i ended up making the playoffs and was in the race all year before i added Gordon and Golden Tate. In order to get those two i had to trade 2020 picks. I understand 2020 is supposed to be the greatest draft in the history of drafts but im of the opinion that my core team (lamar, jacobs, ridley, gallup, hollywood) is young and talented enough that i dont really need any 2020 picks. Basically i think i can compete for a while without adding much in 2020 rookies since my team is already so young, i would however like to add vets to fill out my roster. Do you guys agree with this strategy or you think i should try to trade someone like Melvin Gordon for a first?

I don't think you need to trade for a 1st, but I do think you're going to need some WR help next year in order to compete. I like the young guys you have now, but they're not all very proven and can still take some time to develop before they can help a team become a contender.

I'd personally trade Jackson, his value is absurdly high. You can probably get an older QB in a similar tier such as Wilson and get added assets back.

What kind of 2020 picks did you give up? Gordon and Tate aren’t worth much....

I like your young players at the core of your build. I would look to move Gordon if you can get a couple more young assets for him. This sets you up nicely for the future.

I’m telling yah if you’re looking to do a mini retool sell Jackson, his value is shockingly high, similar to Mahomes last year.
