Long-term, his ceiling is Wes Welker, or whatever other comparison you like for a possession slot-receiver in an elite passing offense that's averaging over 300 yards a week.

Most players don't reach their ceiling though, of course.

11 catches for 109 in his 1st NFL game. Are you kidding me? dude is crazy quick, and seems to process just as fast mentally getting to where he's supposed to be ready to catch the ball. it could've just been the opponent (Colts) this week, so the next 2-3 weeks will be very telling. But you can't buy the chemistry he seems to already have with a supposedly elite QB, Watson (shades of Antonio with big Ben?). If Coutee puts up a few more of these type games (7+ or more catches) in the next 3 weeks, you have to conclude he has staying power. With this QB and offense, that's worth something significant.

Was anyone able to catch the game? Just was wondering the type of coverage he was facing (did he face any press), how did his route running look, and how did his hands look? Trying to find a summary of his game everywhere or some cutup but cant find anything

Maybe try a trade but that's a really restrictive format. He's less valuable in that league anyway because (a) it's only 10 keeper (and the odds of you keeping him with that roster are pretty much 0) and (b) you don't have roster space for developmental prospects like that. If he doesn't continue producing like last week then he's tough to hold.

I'd hate to actually cut Callaway, but I would rather roster Coutee than Callaway.

Coutee's in a better passing offense, in a better fit, and obviously doesn't have any of the character issues Callaway has. I trust Coutee to work hard to try and become his best self as pro. I can't say that about Callaway, who reportedly neglected the weight-room and film-room at Florida.

These slot guys aren't my preference, but they're here to stay and no question he racked up the stats last week. Definitely want to see more.

I'd love to have this guy and he's sitting on my WW, but our 16-man rosters are pretty shallow. I'm all ears if anybody sees a drop on the team in my sig, but it looks like I'll have to miss out here.
