Move up to 1.03 in rookie draft?

Currently have spot 1.04. I am all but certain our draft will go Jacobs, Montgomery, Sanders if I stay at 4. Possibly flip flop Montgomery & Sanders. RB's always go early in our league. Seems like I should be happy with Harry at 4, but as you can see from my team sig my RB spot is pretty dire. Worse than WR anyway. To be honest i'm not all that enamored with Harry anyway. Guy has looked like someone who may take a long time to adjust to the NFL and Brady isn't getting any younger. For the perceived #1 WR this year he doesn't look like a sure thing or even close to that to me. Anyway the guy at 1.03 has offered to swap first round picks with me for my 2020 3rd and 2019 5th. Take it or stand pat? I could just stand pat and take one of the other RB's like Henderson. I also have pick 1.06 this year by the way. Unfortunately top end talent is weak this year. And trading out is probably not a viable option. Everyone is pretty savvy in this league and knows next years draft is going to be stronger and deeper than this year. Nobody is going to give me a 2020 1st for this years 1st.

a 3rd and a 5th is a very small price to pay

That's basically moving up for free. Make the trade and get the player you want.

x2 - as mentioned, cheap price to move up to get a player you like.
