Trade advice needed

This week I have received a trade offer in my Dynasty league (non-PPR):

I would give up

B. Roethlisberger, R. Wayne, P. Thomas and 1.05 pick

and get

S. Bradford, L. Fitzgerald, J. Stewart and 1.01 pick

It looks to be fair in my mind with the 1st overall pick included (likely take AJ Green with it) but it is a QB heavy point league with .1 point per yard for passing, rushing and receiving.

Thoughts on this trade?

The QB and WR switch might hurt a little this year, but the gain in future value more than makes up for that, and Stewart should be a lot better for you than Thomas this year. The pick bump is just a great bonus.

Just accepted the trade. I appreciate everyone's feedback. Not sure why he wanted to trade for Ben as he had Freeman and Bradford already but worked out for me.

After I accepted the trade offer I was notified today by the league that a 2-1 vote by the commissioners rejected the trade offer due to the 1st round picks be swapped and value was not fair.

So the new proposal idea is

Big Ben
Reggie Wayne
P Thomas
picks 2.05 and 3.05

For

Sam Bradford
Larry Fitz
Jon Stewart
picks 2.01 and 3.01

Thoughts?
