Any rules of thumb for what % of your budget you should spend on the top players? 15-18% of budget for someone like Mahomes, Saquan, Beckham?

depends a bit on how deep rosters are. 15% for a top end stud like Mahomes/Barkley is probably a minimum, if not way too low for a shallow league.
