Devy pick values vs startup picks

I am beginning a deep roster IDP startup. 10 teams, 2 QB, full IDP. After the draft, we will have a 1 round devy draft (order is inverse of startup order). We are able to trade devy picks. My question is- how valuable is the 1st pick in the devy? 5th pick? 10th pick? If I wanted to acquire a devy pick, what is a fair and valuable offer? If I wanted to sell my devy pick (currently 8th overall) what would I expect to get in return. I’ve never done devy so I’m clueless on this value. I appreciate any insight you can share! Thanks.
