I do believe in 2nd chances for people . Sometimes it takes more time for others to grasp the boundaries , forum ethics and do's and don'ts on message boards.

For all we know the Turco guy is a teenager or whatever so maybe not as mature.

Regardless I do believe in 2nd chances and hopefully he matures and cleans up his act, otherwise his time here will likely be short.
