How much would it take for you to sell Mack?

I am in a rebuild aiming to compete in the 2020 season, and right now he is probably my best RB (rough, I know).

Would you mainly go for 2019 or 2020 pick(s) in this situation? And how early should the pick(s) be/project to be, for you to sell him?

I already have three 2019 firsts and two 2020 firsts.

Thanks guys.

I would look for 2020 picks. If you could swing 2 1st's since its a year out would be huge

If you are rebuilding why would you be looking to move Mack? He is the #1 on a plus offense. He would be a building block for me.

In this class I'd want the 1.01. Mack is 22 and has looked good since he came into the league (including his pass blocking). He's on a top offense, and just showed well in the 2 playoff games, too.

Spot on. I'm not even sure if I'd take just the 1.01 from this class.

Holy I am high on Mack but I didn't think he was worth this much with the scare of Bell coming in , I mean he had 1 real good game and got shut the beep down this week so idk if Indy can count on him.

The question is what you'd want to sell him for. I don't see a sure fire thing in this class.

He had more than 1 real good game. Last week he had 9 carries for 46 yards. That's over 5 YPC, but the Colts were always playing catch up, that's not being shut down, that's being scripted out.

He missed some time ,but Mack still had games of

126 yards a TD, and 2 catches for 33 yards and another TD
132 yards and 2 TD's 2 catches for 17 yards
139 yards and 2 TD's 1 catch for 10 yards
119 yards and 1 TD 3 catches for -1 yard

Those are all good games. Then he had a monster playoff game. He has been singled out by Brian Billick for his great pass blocking recently and how he helps that offense when he doesn't have the ball. Sure Bell is a risk, but right now Mack is on a potent offense, and is an ascending talent at the position, and still only 22. I'm not selling him for any of these WR prospects right now. There is no clear elite prospect in this class, and Mack has been an efficient runner, and a playmaker, and is solid in all phases of real football.

Yeah during the year I liked him a lot , He had a bunch of good games.. But last week yeah he had 9-46 but got 30 of them on the last drive with KC playing a prevent D , He had a 20 and 10 yard run. So really he had something like 7-16 yards against one of the worst rushing Ds in the league.. I know they were losing all game so that played a part in his touches but even with the small amount he had he did nothing at all.

Don't get me wrong I am a Mack believer I have him in a bunch of leagues and think he starts next year on a good offence with a good OL , But for a 1.01 I think you can get a lot better than Mack , With his injury problems and Bell scare right now... Maybe after Bell signs somewhere else and Indy don't bring in a RB his value will go up a lot but not right now.

id prob still take a top 5 pick for him. i dont see a sure fire thing in mack either. prob would prefer to take a shot on a WR like one of the browns, harmon, harry etc. im sure the appeal will rise the closer we get to draft time/next season.

I can't say for sure what pick I'd take, but I'm going to guess that after the draft, there will be 4 or 5 players I'll prefer to Mack and would sell him for that.

This is the second time you've mentioned Bell... What makes you think he's going to sign with the Colts? Aside from a comment from Bell saying he was interested in playing there, there isn't any evidence to suggest the Colts have any interest. This is just posturing by a player. How many teams did Dez link himself to last off season? Indy isn't replacing Mack with Bell. They have other areas on the team to address.

Dez was coming off 3 horrible injury years , Bell is still in his prime a top 5 RB.. Indy needs weapons around Luck who better to get than Bell to protect and take dump offs from Luck ?

They abandoned the run against KC but didn't even dump off to the RB , All Luck had was Hilton to throw to might have been a closer game with Bell there.

I don't see them bringing in Bell. Mack can catch well and they have Hines who is also a very good pass catching back. Indy needs a reliable posession receiver and their cap space would be better used on other areas like the defence IMO
