Spencer Ware outlook moving forward? Might as well start that thread up.

I grabbed him in 3 of 4 leagues. Was already rostered in the other. Honestly feel like he will be able to put up some really good numbers in this offense. He has played pretty well in spot duty so far this year.

This season his value skyrockets.
I think they have a new starter next year.

RB for an extremely good offense. Hes pretty much option 3a at this point behind Hill and Kelce and tied with Sammy...

He wont be as good between the tackles but i dont think hes bad. I bet KC goes on an all out passing attack and Ware catches at least 5 this week. Probably a lock for 10-15 points. TD and I could see him at 20. Never know with OAK defense.

Agree this year he is really valuable. I do think though if he performs really well he may have a chance next year as well. He really only lost his job because of a really bad injury. Will be interesting to see how he looks this season as a feature back.

Well that is a terrifying thought.

Seeing some good chatter for who the best flyer for the #2 / usurper role is between Darrel and Damien Williams...

I think I'm going to dice roll on Darrel myself.

Asked the same myself. I land on the Damien side. Damien isn't a world beater, but could be fine in this offense. He's a serviceable rb; good size/speed combo, solid hands, and has shown capability in the past. Darrel hasn't played a snap all season and has really poor athletic measurables.

Darrel Williams > Any other KC RB. There is reasons why they didn’t let him go to the practice squad and have already stated he will get playing time.

I watched three minutes of tape on Darrel Williams, so I'm an expert. Didn't look very good to me. Don't know what current Ware looks like, but Ware from 2 years ago is miles better in my opinion.

If that ends up being the case I'll be surprised, but crazier things have happened. He can catch, has size and vision, but is realllllly slow with poor explosiveness.

Actually, I wonder if there will be a rotation of 2-3 backs the rest of this year. Wouldn't surprise me given the major injury Ware had.

I don't see the Chiefs paying Bell the money he wants, and he'll want a TON. Chiefs have proven they can get great production out of less costly RBs.
