Looking to strengthen my team

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Looking to strengthen my team

Postby Bjordan554207 » Sat Nov 03, 2018 1:25 pm

Hey everyone! It’s trade deadline and I think I’m a pretty strong contender (team is in sig), but earlier this season Fournette and Mixon injuries really hurt my team and I’m sitting at 5-3 with a hard schedule going forward to end the year.

The guy in first place in my division is 7-1 with a strong team, so I’m not sure if I’ll catch him so I’m aiming for a wild card spot.

What players would you try and package, and who would you target to get? Do you even think I need to make moves?

Edit: for more clarity I have my 1st round pick, 0 2nda (I used mine to acquire Boyd early in the year)

I think you just hold pat. If you want to compete this year, your biggest hole is your RB2. But with LF and Guice coming back next year, in addition to Mixon, I think your team is set up nicely.

^ Agreed. Biggest hole for going all in this year is RB2. Next year you’re looking great at RB but.... if you really want to go all in this year I’d float LF or Guice and see what that gets you in terms of an upgrade at RB2 for this year. It would have to be the right package and not hurt you long term imo
QB: Lamar Jackson, Matthew Stafford
RB: Dalvin Cook, D'Andre Swift, Chris Carson , Jerrick McKinnon, Alexander Mattisson
WR: DeAndre Hopkins, Michael Thomas, Adam Thielen, Will Fuller, Darius Slayton, Brandon Aiyuk, Keelan Cole,
TE: Evan Ingram, Drew Sample, Cole Kmet
