Sanders would cost nearly 13M in 2019 and he's a 32yo UFA after that.
Thomas would cost nearly 17.5M in 2019 and he's a 31yo UFA after that.

Both Sutton and Hamilton have looked good...but there's no depth. I think they trade only one of these two simply because of the depth, and it's likely Thomas.

Just to play devil's advocate - Gruden said they were not trading Cooper.

No one is trading for Thomas unless Denver picks up most of the money due. Do NFL teams even do that or is a MLB/NBA/NHL thing?

Gruden would never trade away the offense's focal point, duh.

Sanders has been playing really well. If I'm Philadelphia, I'd make a nice offer. He & Wentz would put up big numbers.

Broncos aren't winning squat with Keenum as QB, might as well trade Sanders whom likely has the higher trade value.

I need one of them to be gone so I can comfortably start Sutton.

If I'm the Broncos you've gotta acknowledge this team isn't going anywhere and you need the cap to rebuild the OL and defensive backfield. trade em both for picks

Might not get very high picks though with amount of salary the trade partners will be picking up with Dey-Dey & Manny

I would be surprised to see them trade both but I could easily see them move one to a team willing to give out a 3rd.

I'm guessing Sanders is the guy they keep and they trade DT for a late round pick.

There are multiple teams who could use DT, like Seattle, the Colts, the Browns and so on. But, they won't get much for him due to the cap hit. And Denver should be ok with that. All predictions were pointing toward Denver needing to cut DT this off season anyway due to the expensive last year of his contract. Another team that can absorb his contract but could use his leadership, work ethic and the final few years of his once elite but now fading career is ideal for him.

My prediction: The Browns give up a 6th round pick for him.

Oh yeah I'm guessing best case is a 3rd for Manny and a 5th for DT honestly. Short term older WRs with BIG contracts... not gonna be worth much
Eagles seem like a good match tbh with the cap they moved

DT to the raiders, for a... 3rd round pick. Fits the age profile, Gruden will see it as win exchanging a third for a 1st, even though he could probably have got him for a 5th.

Obviously this is not a rumour, I have completely made this up, but it just feels inevitable
Dynasty - 9th year, 12-team, Standard scoring, 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2FLEX, 1K, 1DE/DT, 1LB, 1CB/S - 25man roster / 6 Taxi Squad

QB Watson, A Richardson, O' Connel (TS)
RB Gibbs, Akers, Dillon Carter, Bigsby, Chase Brown, Mcintosh, Tucker, Hull (TS)

TE Higbee, Freirmuth, Otton (TS)
K Joseph
DE/DT Hunter
LB Franklin Simmons

Such a Gruden move, take a great move in clearing a lot of cap and get a first round pick and then throw that spare cap room away
Tate could be had for cheaper or the same probably in FA next year
Or just grab a combo of Cobb, Enunwa, hogan and John Brown
