Week 1 Must Watch Games

I am very intrigued to see FAU vs Oklahoma to see how Devin Singletary looks against much higher competition (was decent against Wisconsin last year). Obviously his team is overmatched, but this game could be a nice showcase for him, individually.

Miami vs LSU should be a good, and I am very interested in seeing the Ahmmon Richards vs Greedy Williams matchup. Also, want to see Travis Homer vs this LSU DEF (which might not be as stout vs the run this year). On the other side, seeing Jonathan Giles in his new uni vs some decent corners will be interesting to watch.

Auburn vs Washington is clearly the marquee game of the week, based on rankings. It is a BIG early test for Stidham and Ryan Davis, as that Washington secondary looks EXCELLENT. I'm not a Browning fan, but a great game here from him could go a long way to improving his stock. Gaskin vs that Auburn front will be a great matchup as well.

FSU vs VT will be fun to watch to see where both teams qbs are at.

The other game I will be paying close attention to is West Virginia vs Tennessee. Will Grier fascinates me and I want to see as much tape on his as possible this year, especially against the power 5 schools.

What games/players are you looking forward to in week 1?

Michigan vs. Notre Dame should be a good game too, although with fewer high profile players.

Shae Patterson and DPJ are both of interest to me, and Alize Mack once carried some value.

Great point, I am very interested in that Michigan offense. I'm of the opinion they are going to win that game and I'm not sure it will be close, but that only happens if Shea plays like a 5 star qb. Michigan's defense is something special, on paper.

Boomer Sooner not missing a beat on offense. Won't be this easy once conference play comes around, but at least they play UCLA too. Rodney is still my 1.01 at this point, think he is going to be real good.
