Looking for a team

Help!! First timer and I am ready to play. I would start on the ground floor or take over a struggling team that needs help. Perfer IDP without cap. I am open to either. Thanks and happy playoffs!
I found a team, but one isn't enough. Great group of fellas. I am committed owner who needs to find one more team and be an active owner and participate in all aspects of the league. Familiar with ESPN and CBS already. Football fan to the core. Thanks for your consideration. Eric
